Now Only A Few Instruments Remain
This is the follow up to the threads "The Disappointment If Water Never Flows" and "Mistrusting The Gate, Only To Be Devoured." The following two additional dreams were received during around the same period in early February, 2024, and revealed that there was still hope. Though what God had intended had been thwarted by the enemy, and many spiritual "instruments" He had intended to use in a Christian community had departed, there was still one choice instrument there, and it would still be used beautifully of God.
Music Store Shopping Dream
All three of us were shopping in local music store I had been in many times. I was looking for a hollow body electric guitar. The music store had changed since my last visit, and all the stringed instruments had their own room with no marching band instruments in there. But their stock is so low they had big areas with no stock at all, just empty display areas. With no stringed instruments to speak of in the room we found ourselves in another stringed instrument room, and there are some instruments there. First we saw a very short, odd shaped guitar. It was shaped like a short bush, and had $14,995.00 for a price tag. We avoided even getting close to that one. But I found a 12 string acoustic guitar to try out, and the action was so low and it played so easily. I was fingerpicking and playing it so good as others watched. I chimes notes and it sounded great, only it was not very loud. The stings are a very light gauge. End of Dream.
The meaning here was clear enough: This forum that once thrived on discussed Charismatic issues including dreams and interpretation had now changed. The many instruments once available for use were now gone, and all that were left were "empty display areas," which is very sad. But there are a few instruments still there, albeit sort of separated out by themselves now. One would be very "high priced," or in other words "too expensive" to be in association with, and this is something of a mystery to me still. I asked the man who received the dream what it looked like, and he sent me the following:
"It was short and fat, very odd-looking, almost like an upside-down tree of life," and then sent me an image similar to this one below:
The imagery is mysterious, and suggests there may have been almost an occult influence still at play with this person, since there was reference to it being "upside down," and the tree of life is a standard teaching within several major schools of occultism. For whatever reason, however, this potential instrument would be deemed too expensive to use.
The other, however, would be a blessing of God, and "beautiful to play." That it had "low action" is what good guitar players look for in real life, because the lower the action the less work it takes to press down on the strings. It meant this was a great instrument to use, albeit one that maybe wasn't as "loud" as it could be, which referred to this person maybe not wanting to be noticed as much.
But after He sent it, I knew this dream was from God, because I had just received one of my own a few nights before which had the same twelve string in it. My dream went like this:
12 String Worship Song Dream
I was getting situated on a couch with a 12-string, moving stuff out of the way. There was a heavy chorus on it, and I was just starting to play and sing a worship song. I don't actually know the song in real life, but I was playing it in G, and when I woke up and figured it out, that would have been at the top of my range, so I was in the right key whether I knew it during the dream or not. As I was sitting on the couch trying to figure out how to play and sing this song, I looked over and there was a woman across the room on a piano who was about to start accompanying me.
The song I was playing and the lyrics are included below, but the implications were the same as with my friend's dream. There was one instrument still there - one in particular - that could be used of God to bring worship and adoration to Him. The fact that it had a heavy chorus on it likely means that she will be "accompanied" by angels, which will further "amplify" the sound going forth; praises which ceased when the angels stopped singing in Part 2.
I believe I know who this latter guitar represents, an instrument destined to be "purchased" through prayer and used to bring praise and glory to His name through dreams and visions, and we are now praying she is brought to us, and joins us where we are. Certainly there is hope that the "music store" in the first dream be restored and many spiritual instruments fill it once again, God willing. In the meantime, however, the Lord has a plan for using her now, and we are praying these dreams come to pass in the near future. Chosen vessels in His Hands are indeed a beautiful thing, and the "sound" they create can be a wonder and a blessing for those who "have ears to hear what the Spirit is saying to the churches."
