Welcome to our community

Be a part of something great

The book of Joel prophesies that God will raise up an end-time army, and they will prophesy, dream dreams and see visions. They will destroy much of Satan's work before the Antichrist finally arises, restore hope in the power of God, and usher in the end-time harvest. In preparation, this community is designed to be a home for everyone called to be part of that army, and fulfill His end-time work.

'I appeal to you, brothers and sisters, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another in what you say and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly united in mind and thought. My brothers and sisters, some from Chloe’s household have informed me that there are quarrels among you. What I mean is this: One of you says, “I follow Paul”; another, “I follow Apollos”; another, “I follow Cephas ”; still another, “I follow Christ.” Is Christ divided? Was Paul crucified for you? Were you baptized in the name of Paul? I thank God that I did not baptize any of you except Crispus and Gaius, so no one can say that you were baptized in my name. (Yes, I also baptized the household of Stephanas; beyond that, I don’t remember if I baptized anyone else.) For Christ did not send me to baptize, but to preach the gospel—not with wisdom and eloquence, lest the cross of Christ be emptied of its power. ' (1 Corinthians 1:10-17)

As humans, many of us tend to follow other humans who we deem as respectable and have taught us some valuable information. We may have disputes on whose viewpoints are right or wrong. However, Christ is not divided, and He was the only one who was crucified for us and died for our sin. He is the only one who can save. We are not here to promote ourselves and to be widely accepted and followed. We are here to point others to Jesus that they may follow Him and be saved. It does not matter how wise and eloquent someone’s speech is, because if it is not the Truth, it will not lead to salvation and changed lives. To Jesus be ALL the glory, honor, and power!!! Humans are simply His messengers.

That's absolutely right. And the way that Christ is not divided is when we honor Him speaking, no matter who He speaking is through, from the greatest Christian leaders in the world to the little old lady sitting in the back pew who is just nice to everyone and no one pays her any mind. Carnal men tend to think of position, and this is the most visible leader, so he must be the greatest. In New Testament times, this was made even worse because if you could say you were a personal disciple of some great philosopher or teacher, then you could say, "I'm somebody because I'm a disciple of the great so and so." It was like name dropping.

Paul understood there was one name under Heaven, however, and our job was simply to let Him live and breathe and move and speak through us unto others, so that He was the One they were hearing and not us. And He can speak through anyone.

Blessings in Christ, and glad to be catching up on your devotionals again Krystal.

"The words I speak to you, they are Spirit and they are Life."

Why did Jesus prophesy, heal the sick, raise the dead, and cast out demons? He performed signs and wonders to confirm the word (Mark 16:20), because it has the power to do more than just save from death. It has the power to grant eternal life (John 6:63). Scripture promises that He will confirm His word through signs and wonders once again (Joel 2:28), and what we teach may determine whether He does so through us or not, so study becomes extremely important. Please join us in studying verse by verse through entire books of the Bible. Understanding each verse in its theological and historical context as led by the Spirit is key to unlocking what the word actually teaches, and revealing what the Spirit is still speaking to the churches in these last days.
